The best time to meditate is not only the early morning hours but also the time just before you fall asleep. Your body slowly shuts down its operating system and your mind also finds peace. If that doesn't work: Use the evening hours to step out of the house again and take a few steps... A few deep breaths, looking into the vastness of the dark night sky - relaxation will immediately set in.
